I got seriously intimidated by the amount of pictures we took in Bangkok, and only managed to compile and edit until day 2.. was planning on posting everything at one go, but now the editing mood is slowly disappearing and youtube is starting to seduce me again.. :) but i'm proud to present our holiday pictures, at last.. and pardon the english captions, my grammar sucks.. my excuse is that i only did this at night and after work, after my brain got squeezed dry, and when i realised it, i already merged everything and couldn't edit them, unless i redo everything again from the beginning..!! heh, lame excuse.. grahhhh.. ok ok, sorry la for being an INDO!! *pout  ======================================== ===============================   ======================================== ===============================  Tags: travel

Hellows, i know i haven't been updating again.. but hey, i'm now in the editing photos mood so here goes :)  Ding finally turns 21 this month, and we didnt exactly celebrate her birthday cos she initially planned to hold a party but then, due to her busy studying schedule and neverending projects, she decided to postpone it till idunnowhen.. :D but we did meet up with the crazies for dinner and hanging-out session.. Neo brought us to this BARSTOP place in town near to Somerset MRT and we loved it!!! the ambience was SUPERB!! unfortunately mons couldnt make it due to her Driving Lesson that day.. we should go there again someday, hopefully with mich and hum the next time.. and talking about mich and hum, they are coming back SOON!!! HEHEHEHEHEHE!! CAN'T WAIT!!!! ---------------------------------------- ----------------------------------  Me and Anas met up with our pretty cousins and their friends the other day when they came to Singapore.. and we went karaoke-ing till morning at clarke quay.. initially we were thinking of clubbing but then they were ALL underaged, with the exception of Anas and the overaged ME! i know RIGHT!! they totally dont look 17!! but they all are 17 and younger.. and there i was, hanging out with 17yearolds.. i FELT really OLD.. what was i thinking again??? HAHAHA but i swear, they are all so pretty, with nice hair, make-up and heels.. GOSH!!! talk about High Maintenance!! i think they look too matured/OLD for their age.. OR i look young for my age.. i OPT for the later thoughs!! hehehehehehe.. but then again it was super fun.. i mean, we actually clicked (it was our first time seeing any of them) and karaoke was HIGH!!! we were jumping, shouting and singing together (since there were only 2 mics and 16 of us!!!)..  ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------- Met up with Ding and Tino last Friday for dinner (XIAO LONG BAO YUMM!!!) and then shopped around for a bit.. it's been a REALLY long time since me and Ding and James met Tino, i think more than half a year alr!! and it's been even LONGER since i went to town with James.. (no pics of the boys though)  i'm still having a mixed feeling about ION.. i dunno if i like it or not.. well, for sure i know i can't afford most of it.. HAHAHAHA.. i was just joking with James and said that i wanted to go to Miu-Miu, since we were waiting for Tino and i wanted to take a peek, but James complained and said that that place is not for humans.. hahaha.. (at least broke human like me!) blahhhhh..
dinner was mostly Tino talking and talking and talking and the rest of us listening.. HAHAHAH ok i mean, James listening.. he was so quiet that when my sister and her friend stopped by, they got a lil bit scared of him.. HAHAHAHA.. but then again, i used to be quite intimidated by James in the beginning as well.. :p
sigh, i think i slept to much yesterday, last night i couldn't sleep at all.. i tossed and turned and i barely caught a wink.. i woke up this morning at 6am and started editing pictures again and even managed to cook breakfast for myself.. didn't sleep anymore till it was time to leave for work..
i kinda forgot the time while editing photos and had to rush again.. -_- couldn't decide what to wear to work and randomly chose v-neck top, the cutting of which is too low so i was searching high and low for a tube but couldnt find any.. in the end, i wore a corset (i'm desperate and that's all i could find)..
on the way to work, my whole body felt feverish and my head was super giddy.. i felt hot and tight around my chest and stomach area..
GOSH!!!! THE CORSET WAS TOO TIGHT!!
and the worst part was, my bus got stuck in a jam!! i thought i was going to faint and die!!!! i constantly fidgeted, trying to find a better position for me to breathe and to unhook my corset desperately..
luckily i survived the journey and ran straight to the toilet to take out my whole corset!!! but even after i took out my corset, i still felt uncomfortable.. felt like vomitting too.. damn the corset!!
only after i ate my Sugar Peanuts i felt better..
the stupid corset almost killed me..!!!
LESSON LEARNT!! next time, i shall just change my whole outfit!! silly me!!
now i feel really hyper and everything, but i hope i wont be sleepy after lunch!!! :D
October is coming and that will be my last month working in ATMD.. i think i'm going to miss this place.. and its slack working environment.. but i'll be happy to be rid of working in an office.. i'm gonna be FREE after this, at least for a while :D
and oh! and i'm currently in the midst of editing my Bangkok and Malacca trip.. about time too!
so I SWEAR i'll update soon!! :)

It was Monsty's 21st Birthday last week, 17 August 2009, which i will never be able to forget since it is also Indonesia's National Day, not that i care la actually.. haha..
we had a wonderful dinner/catching up session one day earlier at Manhattan Fish Market at Plaza Singapura and after that we went to Giraffe Cafe opposite PS to chillax.. it was a great night even though there were only 4 of us.. :(
i want more meet-ups, it was GREAT! :D
and Giraffe was better than expected actually, only pity that it closes pretty early.. we tried a few drinks there, including Bloody Mary.. but surprisingly, i LIKE it.. better than any other alcoholic drinks i've tried so far.. it tasted more like a sauce than a drink, and it's salty.. and most importantly, no hints of alcohol taste.. hahaha..
played 5-10-15-20-25-30 games and the loser(s) *mons cough ding cough cough* had to do some embarassing stuff(s) like a catwalk in the middle of the cafe.. it was cute and funny.. the waiters were watching and laughing at them.. HAHAHAHA..
went back pretty early cos most of us had to work the next day.. nevertheless, it was pure fun and laughters.. (:

wokays, i'm finally updating again.. (; but anyways i don't think people read my blog anymore nowadays and i don't really have the mood to blog these days cos i have TOO MANY pictures and i'm just too lazy to edit them.. :( but i still will la once in a while when i have nothing much to do at work.. like now, for example.. :P anyways, recently i'm quite obsessed with K-POP.. HAHAHAHA.. okay laugh at me or whatever, i don't care e e e e e.. HAHAHA..  *FANGIRLING MODE ON* yay yay yay yay.. it's like my really FIRST time obsessing over something, or someone this bad!! seriously it's even worse than my previous obsession of Milo Ventigmilia (oh he's still so HAWT!) OR Nishikido Ryo-Chan (awwwwwwwwww i still like him, i do!) or Harry POTTER my FOREVER LOVE or even my current Korean BOYS digging DBSK & Super Junior & Big Bang & 2pm ---> oh i'm so greedy!! it's like my first time obsessing over a GIRLGROUP!! i think i might even turn lesbian!! ok maybe not that bad.. but i really really really really like them!! and their style and music and voices and and and.. i think i should stop.. HAHAHAHAHA.. gosh i'm so damn GHEYYYYY.... ---------------------------------------- ------------------------------ BY THE WAY, since i have no pictures of my previous awesome trip to THAILAND and MALLACA here at work, i'm just going to update on the awesome company anniversary party me and adi went to last FRIDAY.. basically there were just me and adi most of the time, cos we are basically friendless here and the age gap are too wide anyway.. but it was still super awesome.. SIANTAR AND ISA, SENTOSAAAAAA....
24.07.2009 we finished work at exactly 1pm and went to eat our cheap and delicious nasi padang quickly.. we were rushing cos we wanted to go to f21 at Vivo first before heading to Sentosa.. supposed to meet up with some of our colleagues at 3pm at Sentosa for the LUGE.. when we reach Vivo, we saw a crowd of people outside Vivo City and being the kaypoh girls that we are, we checked it out!! turned out that some players from Liverpool were going to be there for interview.. i got so excited cos i thought the lovely TORRES was going to be there so we waited there under the hot sun with 2543434396744 other people and their sweat.. BUT actually, Torres went to Novena for another interview, DAMN, i should have gone there!! but at least we got to see RIERA.. james loves him, now i know why.. he is damn hot la.. in a rugged kinda way.. HAWTTTT!! Adibah also thinks he's damn HOT and she was screaming like a mad woman and taking continuous pictures.. HAHAHA..  so in the end, we didn't even stepped inside F21.. haha we were waiting outside Adidas cos we saw crowds and then we thought the rest of the team were going to be there as well.. turned out it's the 4 of them again.. ohs wells, and Adidas was blocked off anyway, only invited persons can go in, so luckyyyyyy.... BUT totally pointless for us.. :( and we also had to rush to Sentosa cos we die die wanted to take the cable car!! hahaha and ADIBAH was SOOOOOOOOO FUNNY!!!    Adi was seriously FREAKING OUT since she is afraid of height.. her reactions though, was super HILARIOUS.. and mind you, we rode the Cable Car THREE times that day and she freaked out all the THREE FREAKING TIMES!! it was sooo AMUSING!!! HAHAHAHAH!!!  anyways we were actually the first to arrive so i had to call up the rest up cos i thought we were late and they left us behind.. luckily they were actually late.. hahaa.. it was my first time playing Luge so i was quite excited.. and it was quite fun..!! too damn short though, imo. but i still enjoyed it.. we had to ride the skyline thingy before playing the luge and surprise surprise, adi freaked out again.. but i can understand la since it's like more scary than cable car but it was funny nonetheless.. (: i love it.. if only the ride was longer it would be much better la..  after the ride, we all went our separate ways, FREE and EASY until dinner time.. the whole sentosa luge thingy only lasted for less than half an hour :( haha.. so me and adi, who dont often get the chance to go Sentosa, decided to CHILLAX at Cafe Del Mar, eating Nachos and Ice Cream.. (: unfortunately the sky was dark, it drizzled for a bit.. but fortunately, it wasnt hot and the breeze was just nice (;  we were stoning separately for more than an hour.. with minimum talking and yet, i didnt feel awkward at all.. you see, adi always does that.. she always says, "can i listen to my ipod?" most of the time when we're going home together.. SO RUDE right?? HAHHAHAHAH.. anyways at around 6, off we went to MOUNT FABER.. INEZ AND ADIBERRR, MOUNT FABERRRR
 it was like my second time at Mount Faber, yada yada, i'm so suakuhh i know.. hahaha.. Mount Faber was soooo beautiful, the sceneries were so beautiful, especially during sunset.. and our dinner place was at the Jewel Box Ballroom which is super nice too..  it has a pretty balcony, you know the kind of balcony for people to mingle and drink wine type.. with awesome night wind and beautiful night sceneries.. (; so me and adibah took countless amount of photos, which i will not upload ALL of it here, go see facebook if you want.. cos there are just too many photos..   and oh, i must tell you, the toilet is DAMN GORGEOUS!!! like, seriously!! it's transparent! and if you take cable car towards mount faber, you could probably see the toilet and everything else inside.. no privacy at all yeah, but it's still so gorgeous laaaaa... i love it..!! this is the kind of toilet i can actually sleep at!! hahaha.. at least can sleep better than normal toilet la.. HAHAHA  we were not the only one who were mesmerised by the toilet.. almost everyone went to the toilet to take photos inside.. i mean, girls love to take toilet photos, especially with a huge mirror like this one!!!   and of course we managed to snap LOADS of panoramic pictures!! let's go back there again for awesome hangout peeps.. i mean, even if we have no money we can still just walk around and chillax mah, since above is like a cafe kinda place.. haha.. we can drive up and look at sunset... the only bad point for me is that there are constructions going on, so you can see it from there, otherwise, the place is perfect (at least for Singapore standard) ahahahahha..    our event itself was better than i imagined.. i mean, cos we have no friends.. but by the end of the day, we made some new friends.. (; at first when we arrived, adi and me were sitting alone in one table, with noone willing to join us.. then we left the table to take pictures, roamed around and everything, and when we came back, there are people there alr.. sure, like i bet it's only because there were no more space around but then we started to introduce ourselves and talked and ya, we had fun chit-chatting and joking and all.. it was awesome.. first they have this presentation of past events, which looked damn fun laaa.. all their activities and dressing up parties.. then after dinner they have lucky draw.. 15 vouchers and 15 ang pows.. and me and adi won NOTHING!! but in the first place, i dont think that our names were included anyway, cos we were only temps.. but still.. i heard the ang pow was like 100bucks each man.. damn it!!!! anyway, our table (;  and YES of course we didnt forget JUMPING SHOTS, when we were leaving the place we decided to do it cos we actually forgot to do jump shots at sentosa.. :( i didnt actually jump (look at MY HEELS!! how to jump?).. Adi did and she almost died.. HAHAHA..   and while going home we took lots and lots and lots of crazy, silly, disgusting photos. but i'm just gonna post a few.. HAHA.. i already have too many disgusting photos alr.. (;  the cable car ride back to vivo was the most FUN.. in the end we got really tired and decided to cab back with the last 30 dollars of our money.. HAHAHA.. oh i have one last picture of ME.. SO now it's time for my birthday updates!! (: A GREA T BIG HUG and THANKS for all the wishes, presents and surprises, i LOVE everyone of them really!! (; BUT no thanks for the constant REMINDERS from my "younger" friends that i was (GASP!) OLD er.. celebrated with my lovely crazies (minus mich and hum who's still in melb, and mons who's in the army) the day before my birthday by steamboating.. unfortunately i ate sakae buffet during lunch (thanks to Adibah's last day at work wish) and so i couldnt really eat much for dinner.. had fun catching up with the rest and disturbing ding with "Nobody Nobody but YOU *point clap clap point clap*" together with sua.. michy called though in the middle of dinner to wish me Happy Birthday.. even though it wasnt my birthday yet.. hummy also emailed me cos she apparently DOES NOT HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER, in her Aussie phone that is.. she promised to sms me the next day since i gave her my number (BUT SHE DIDN'T!!!! lousy hummy!!) after dinner we went to TCC near the Raffles Hotel to chill for a while since i said i want a cake!! (;    then at home i actually stayed up youtubeing daniel henney with my sisters <3 nearer to midnight, James called and said that he want to be the first to wish me Happy Birthday (even though he's not exactly the first since SOME people actually wished me a day earlier!!) beloved Samantha the Muthusamy actually lost track of the date and wished me on the 20th cos she thought it was already the 21st!! anyway.. while talking to James, my sisters suddenly came into the bedroom with a Jerry (Tom and Jerry the Jerry) cake and started singing birthday song for me.. and they also gave me a present each, which was super sweet cos the presents they gave me were exactly what i NEED!! (; no pictures cos we all look horrible with sleeping clothes, no make-up and terrible hair.. HAHA.. was thinking of skipping work on thursday cos it's my birthday!! but then i felt bad cos friday would be my last day at work (YAYYYY!!!!) so i still went which was lucky cos i had a few surprises in the office!! (:  Fish&Co-ed for lunch and Adi came down with a huge and noisy Princess Balloon.. as i was bringing the Balloon around, everytime i bumped into anything, incidental or not, it will cheerfully sang Happy Birthday song.. Thanks GUYS anyway.. i love disney princesses and even though the it was written that the Balloon can sing for about 50 times, it is STILL SINGING NOW!!! though with a dying-tone.. haha.. I SWEAR i at least punch it for more than 100 times alr!! then i met james for dinner and he brought me to this Japanese Restaurant which serves delicious buffet.. and it has become my favouritest restaurant!! My life is totally not going according to planned.. not that i planned anything in the first place.. just that you know, i've always told myself that i'm never goin to work in a law firm again.. i'd rather do admin work or whatever else.. BUT HERE I AM, working in a law firm again!!! RARRRRR!!!!! so what exactly happened was, my insurance agent, called me on monday regarding my insurance, and whether i would like to take up anymore insurance plan.. of course i said no, cos i'm broke, jobless and have too many bills and other responsibilities.. but i did not said that exactly.. just jobless (which is actually super fantastic, if not for the steady depletion of my savings).. so she told me that a friend of hers was looking for a temp paralegal secretary urgently and asked me if i wanted to try.. i said alright i'll try since i have no job and i'm too lazy to go to jobsearch to hunt for a job.. so she said that she's going to give my number to her friend. the next morning i received a call to come down for an interview.. and on wednesday i went for the interview and i was hired.. and i started work on thursday, which is yesterday.. honestly, everything happened so fast i was in shock to even think properly.. i REALLY wanted to have longer rest.. i'm going to have to work sooner or later.. but i wish for LATER.. at least after the flea on 28th!! so oh wells.. here i am.. in ATMD Bird&Bird, working for an Indian Lawyer (YES AGAIN!!!) BUT he's quite nice.. as in, he doesnt hover around you ALL THE TIME!! out of 8 hours at work, i probably only see him for 2 hours.. he's cooped up with his work inside his room and he's pretty independent, i should say.. i still have to print emails, but i can print all the emails at the end of the day, unlike some OTHER LAWYER!! and i've got so many new things to learn here which is super awesome!! (; and and, we've got office party/ happy hour EVERY MONTH.. and this month party happens to be TODAY (my second day of work), later at 5pm (no more working at 5pm!! YAY!!) and we've got a party theme of stripes/polkadotty.. (: best dresser will got a mysterious prize!! haha, i'll tell you if i win but i dont think so la.. there will be lots of food and i heard there will be alcohols (wine, beers etc), not that i drink!! hahaha.. it's soooooo much better than YOU-KNOW-WHERE!! it's just that i've no lunch buddies YET!! (: i hope i will enjoy my 4 months in this firm and who knows, i might even continue.. (; i mean, i'm actually the youngest in this firm and most of the people here work more than 5 years!! they said that this company treated their employees very well, that's why they stayed.. and even the HR Manager was initially only a secretary herself!! but they thought that she's capable to be HR Manager so they promoted her and even encourages and paid for her studies in FULL so that she will be totally qualified!! how awesome is that!! and this place totally doesnt block ANYTHING!! facebook, msn, livejournal.. :D everyone is working hard and playing hard at the same time!! gosh i can't stop, can I?? so i guess, having no plan in life might not be that bad too huh (: (: Tags: personal, work issue
